Hello
I don't know if this happens in other pharmacies, but we get a large amount of people who can't pronounce simple everyday words. One of the hardest words for people to say is generic. We have one female customer who refuses to learn the correct pronunciation of the word. She has one of those Medicare HMO plans that doesn't pay for any brand name drugs. So, when she comes in with a new script, she'll always ask if the drug has a genetic. She's been corrected many times but still asks for genetic drugs. If there are any geneticists out there who know if there are genetic drugs please write me and let me know.
